Make-A-Wish America engaged See3 to transform it’s storytelling and content strategy in order to activate its donors, volunteers and wish referrers.
Through the development of constituent personas, new storytelling frameworks, and a methodology for organizational change (including their 60 local chapters), See3 has delivered strategy and implementation that will give Make-A-Wish the foundation for significant growth.
As part of a broader content strategy project, See3 developed 9 constituent personas for Make-A-Wish. These personas included wish referrers (doctors and social workers) as well as volunteers, donors and potential donors. While the personas were developed for the digital team, they have had impact across the organization and among their chapters. Through an ongoing project called the Content Strategy Collaborative, See3 is working with 20 Make-A-Wish chapters to coach them on integrating the audience personas and content strategy into their communications at a grassroots level through an engaging distance learning curriculum.
