The School Project webisode series tells the story of the unprecedented permanent closure of 49 Chicago neighborhood schools in 2013. See3 partnered with TSP to design and implement a logo and interactive website to start a conversation about the impact the closures had on local communities and what public education means today.
Through our branding and user experience design process, See3 created a new TSP brand and an engaging website for the project to tell this film story visually. The site serves as a digital hub for the campaign to get Chicagoans talking about public education, from testing to charters to the school to prison pipeline, and enables the filmmakers to tell an evolving story through film and other media. Visitors can explore map data about each school closure and submit their own stories about education in the Windy City.
